Store 6472: Harleysville, PA

I rated Giant a 10. First of all the employees are very friendly and helpful, especially Joann. The store is easy to navigate and very clean. The weekly circulars and coupons are especially helpful. Shopping at giant doesn’t seem like a chore. My husband and I are there at least once a week. Thanks Giant for making shopping easy!

The store is very organized, all of the people working there are kind and attentive and it is a pleasure to shop there!

Store 6425: Rising Sun, MD

I want to thank the Rising Sun, MD Martin’s store for outstanding customer service consistently practiced at this store. I would especially like to thank Chris, who is the consummate professional and always friendly. George is a pleasant, hardworking associate. Dave and Larry in the meat department are so knowledgeable, helpful, and pleasant. Melissa is always happy and professional. Lastly, Brendan in self-checkout today truly caught my attention. I have never met him prior to today. He was friendly, helpful, patient, and professional. What caught my attention was the genuine kindness he showed a grandmother by entertaining her infant grandchild with such happiness and sweetness. Obviously it goes beyond the job description which is why it was so heartwarming to see. I am willing to drive to Martin’s because it feels as though I am part of the family every time I shop there.

Store 6014: Elizabethtown, PA

The woman working at the gas pumps was the sweetest lady ever! I was pumping my gas and she came over and asked if she could wash my windows! It was pretty chilly out and I said “you don’t have to do that” and she said “I don’t have to at all, it’s just good customer service! It also helps when you love what you do!” I’ve never been helped so kindly like that before and she was just so nice!

Store 6105: Kennett Sq, PA

The employees and this store are a great part of the community and the service and cleanliness is above and beyond. Never hear of or see anyone complain. Great Job!

Store 6283: Winchester, VA

I just wanted to let you know that we visited the Martin`s Store on Route 7 this past Sunday. We were happy to see all the beautiful Christmas decorations around the store. Your staff did a very nice job decorating and the store was very clean.

Store 6265: North Wales, PA

I shop at giant and particularly this location several times a week. Everybody is very positive and upbeat and helpful. The store is very clean and has a lot of choice products.

Store 6454: Culpeper, VA

I moved to Culpeper 3 months ago and have been shopping at this Martin’s with much success. Tonight’s trip needed a little help from Customer Service. The young woman that helped us, Sarah, was extremely pleasant and very helpful. In fact the whole store has a very positive atmosphere. Everyone is so helpful and the manager, Eric, is glad to help. We will keep coming back. Keep up the good work. Great Job by all

Store 6097: Hershey, PA

Rochelle, from the deli, was so helpful and patient with us as we shopped for a person in need. Rochelle made suggestions and let us sample products until we found a good selection. This is why we love to shop at Giant when we travel to Hershey!

I lost my mom in law on 11/27. My Martin’s family went above and beyond for me. Our store Manager, Eugene, called me with words of encouragement and prayers on days during her illness when I didn’t even know I needed it till we hung up. The Meat Department Manager, Tony, and his team kept my department (I’m the seafood lead) running while I was out caring for her. Phyllis, our meat wrapper stopped by or called daily to check on her and I. I received several calls and texts making sure I was ok. I’d say I work with a whole store of Heros.

Tawna goes out of her way for customers all the time. On Nov 30,2017, a customer came in to ask if he could get a cake that was needed for the next day. It was 11 am, and he asked if he could have it by 4 pm.  Tawna said “yes”. I watched her so hard making booties for the cake decorations. She then adjusted the container so that the cake would fit without the booties getting smashed. She would not give up until she got it right. That is someone that cares about her customers, and her work. It is such a joy working with her and learning from her. I have never seen someone working so hard under pressure, and doing it so well. She needs to be recognized for all the hard work she does. She never gives up on an idea for a customer.

Jenny always greets everyone with a smile and friendly hello. She’s there for anyone who has any issues to talk us through it in a very soothing way. Jenny can be seen all over the store jumping in anywhere she can help. She is an all around hard worker and a genuine nice lady!
